For several agonizing hours, doctors, nurses, cardiologists, trauma teams, and respiratory therapists worked tirelessly. She was resuscitated four times and endured multiple shocks to her tiny body. Despite every effort, she took her final breath that night.

Though our time with True Amor was far too short, her life left an eternal imprint on our hearts. In just eight beautiful months, she taught us the depths of love, the beauty of innocence, and the fragility of life.

Like Job, we find ourselves in a place we never imagined — grieving a loss that words cannot carry. But also like Job, we hold on to faith, even in the questions. Even in the silence. Even in the pain.

From her story, a mission has been born — a mission to protect the tiny beats of other children, to raise awareness, and to turn unimaginable pain into a movement of healing and hope.
